- We are still a few weeks away from the upfronts and the renewal of most series, but ABC has gone ahead and jump started things with renewing twelve of their more popular shows this weeks. Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, Lost, Dancing With The Stars, Ugly Betty and Brothers & Sisters were all included in the 2008-2009 season pick ups. A lot of these series sticking around for another year really is no shock. Among these listed, we have some of the best series on television.
  
  The only one that had a future in doubt out of the listed series above was Ugly Betty. When that series was pulled off the air for some time during this mid-season some were wondering if the end for the series was near. Looks like those worries weren’t placed somewhere in fact. Ugly Betty will have its fourth season, and according to People Magazine there is a love triangle in the works for Betty as her former flame, Henry, returns to the series for this season’s finale. Looks like he will stick around into next season.
  
  As for Lost and Brothers & Sisters, these are two of my favorite series. Lost will end its run next season, and Brothers & Sisters looks like it has the staying power to stick around for quite some time to come. ABC has become my favorite network where in the past I was definitely a member of Team NBC. What other series will be renewed in the weeks to come?
