    • Brian Austin Green seems to have all the luck really. Not only does he have Megan Fox to come home tom his career seems to just keep moving right along. Sure, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles was canceled by Fox, as was Freddie a couple of years ago. However, it looks like Brian Austin Green won’t be out of a job for too long. No official confirmation yet, but it looks like the actor is ready to join the cast of One Tree Hill for next season.

If it ends up happening, he would come in as a full time regular cast member.  We all know Green is no stranger to teen dramas like we see on The CW. For ten years, he played David Silver on Beverly Hills, 90210, and I am quite surprised he didn’t popup on the revamp for 90210 that hit CW last fall. Didn’t pop up on the new Melrose Place, but he really had no connection to that series other than the fact that Melrose Place was spun off from Beverly Hills 90210.

I’ve always been a fan of Brian Austin Green. He might not be a huge star, but it seems to just keep himself busy and moving right along to the next project. I’ve watched him grow up as an actor from his start on 90210 to his latest role on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. He has a mix of strong male presence with some comedic presence as well that make him quite versatile as an actor.

    • StarNewsOnline has some early screen grabs from One Tree Hill season 5, interesting stuff!

The child in the pictures is Hayleigh and Nathan’s son (the one she was pregnant with at the end of season 4). The production crew has done a pretty good job of making the characters 4 years older (when they’re not even 1 year older in real-life). Hayleigh looks the most aged to me, but I think that’s just her bad dress sence. Lucas’ lame attempt at a beard hasn’t really made him look any older and Antwon basically looks the same as before.

Someone really needs to sort Mouth’s hair out, they can’t broadcast a show with him looking like that!

    • Imagery relating to One Tree Hill’s returning this January

Fans of One Tree Hill, I have something to tell you. On January 8th the show is coming back!

Obscurely though, it’s going to be set 4 years ahead of where the last series left off. The dramatically revamped show was lucky to get signed for another season and the big plans, which see Lucas becoming a published author, will result in a fusion of present-day narratives and flashbacks of the missing 4 years. The flashbacks will vary in length between a few minutes to entire episodes.

If you’re an outgoing One Tree Hill fan, or even a closet fan, be sure to catch the 2 hours season premiere at 9pm on January 8th on the CW.
