- When you think of wrestling, one name that automatically comes to mind is Hulk Hogan. He seems to have been bit by the reality television bug in recent years though. His family had their own series on VH1 for a bit, he also hosted American Gladiators on NBC, and now he is hitting CMT with another series. This time it is Celebrity wrestling. Some of those celebrity has beens are trying to add on to their ten minutes of fame by jumping into the ring and wrestling each other. They will try to become professional wrestlers.
  
  This one has me scratching my head just a bit. It premieres on CMT Saturday night, and we all know how much of a dead zone Saturday night is for television. Will anyone actually tune in to watch a bunch of celebrities that are no longer the in name wrestle? Will they tune in to watch Hulk Hogan? There really is no way to tell until the show hits and the ratings come back.
  
  This time around the cast of celebrity wrestling hopefuls include: Danny Bonaduce, Todd Bridges, ButterBean, Trishelle Cannatella, Dustin Diamond, Erin Murphy, Dennis Rodman, Frank Stallone, Tiffany & Nikki Ziering. I’m sure some of these are at least recognizable. Trishelle was on MTV’s Real World. Danny and Todd were big in former television series. Tiffany sang a few hits, and Dennis Rodman is always looking for trouble. What do you think of this series? Will you be tuning in to watch these stars take to the ring?
