- Rosie O’Donnell is once again ready to return to your small screens. She last appeared on The View, and we all remember her popular talk show. She left The View over disagreements with her on screen team. Some say Elizabeth Hasselback chased Rosie from The View. I have more on Elizabeth in a moment.
  
  Rosie is now set to do a variety show on Thanksgiving. The rumors on this have been flying for several months now. The show is moving forward, and it will appear on NBC. The show will air on Thanksgiving Eve, and it will have Rosie open the show with a monologue followed by both musical and comedy acts. Those in the audience will also receive prizes just for being there. Rosie is comparing her show to past shows by Carol Burnett and Ed Sullivan. If the series does well in this outing, we could see Rosie’s Variety Show on NBC in a weekly format. I was a fan of Burnett’s show, so this excites me.
  
  I am actually looking forward to seeing Rosie back on the air in this type of show. I loved her talk show back when it aired, and she had a certain way with celebrities when they visitied. As for Elizabeth Hasselback, rumors are now flying that she may leave her spot on The View for another spot on Fox News. No word yet if this is set in stone yet, but with rumors you never know what is happening until it happens.
