• Shannen Doherty To Return To 90210?

    • 244dohertyshannon100306.jpgOh Brenda! Yes, Brenda Walsh might make her way back to 90210. If I remember correctly on the series, Brenda was sent off to Europe, and we ended up with Valerie Malone to come in and fill in her spot on the show. I want to say Brenda took Paris by storm, but I could be wrong. She would be mentioned calling or writing, but we never saw her on the show again. We didn’t even see her when the series ended. Afterward, she did one of those reunion shows, but there was some sort of rift there after she left.

      Now, she is in formal talks to appear in the new 90210hitting CW this fall. Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth are already set to bring their characters back for the series. Luke Perry won’t even consider it. Ian Ziering might be interested, and Jason Priestley has said he would be willing to return - directing though. Not actually appearing on the series. No word on anyone else. Brian Austin Green is busy with Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, so there is no idea on his bringing David back. Will they have him still married to Donna with Tori Spelling’s return assured?

      The hype for this one has been amazing though. The fans really loved the original series when it aired back on Fox. After a few raised eyebrows at the early talk to bring this series back, fans are now excited to see what CW does with their favorite show. I know I am one of those ready and waiting for the all-new 90210 to hit the small screen this fall!
